Military personnel can transfer to the rear via 'Army+': main conditions.
A serviceman who has passed a medical commission and received a recommendation for transfer to a rear unit has the opportunity to carry out this procedure through the 'Army+' app. This was reported by lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan on the 'Jurists.UA' portal.
Transfer via 'Army+': required document
One of the servicemen from the combat brigade raised the question of the possibility of transferring to the rear when the required 6 months of service for such a procedure had not been completed.
He asked if he could receive such an opportunity by obtaining a recommendation letter, even if not enough time had passed yet.
'Yes, you can transfer through 'Army+' even earlier than 6 months, if you have a recommendation letter,'
The transfer process through the 'Army+' app
Aivazyan explained what specific cases this transfer possibility through the 'Army+' app allows.
In particular, such a transfer is possible:
- from rear to rear;
- from rear to combat;
- from combat to combat;
- with a VLK recommendation from any unit (if there is no assignment to the corresponding position by VLK) to any other unit.
Thus, transferring from a combat brigade to the rear without justification, for example, for medical reasons, through 'Army+' is not possible.
Recall, we previously wrote about the possibility of military relocations to the rear without justifications.
We also reported on the importance of the clearance letter for transferring to other units.
The Ukrainian law allows servicemen to change units under various conditions and circumstances, including through special apps and documents. This provided opportunity simplifies the transfer process and helps ensure optimal conditions for service in the army.
