The first serial armored personnel carrier has been created in Ukraine: details of the new development.
According to inkorr.com: The Military Armored Company (MAC) HUB from Ukraine has introduced a new armored personnel carrier that ensures maximum protection for personnel. The development of this project lasted more than a year in collaboration with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and is currently in the final stages.
'People need protection, even in the era of unmanned systems, for example, from FPV drones. That’s why we are also working on armored vehicles that have already proven their effectiveness in saving crews during real combat operations. We will soon present a new development in the field of armored technology – it will be the first serial product of its kind in Ukraine.'
MAC HUB's head, Oleksandr Dubyna, noted that Ukraine has not previously produced armored vehicles of this class. He also emphasized that despite the rapid development of unmanned technologies, humans remain important participants in military operations.
In addition to armored vehicles, MAC HUB is engaged in the manufacturing of unmanned systems, maritime drones, and other military means that use artificial intelligence. Dubyna stressed that in the future, Ukraine will be able to meet a significant part of its defense needs through long-term contracts and financial support.
The introduction of the new armored personnel carrier by the Military Armored Company (MAC) HUB and the launch of serial equipment in Ukraine demonstrates the dynamic development of the Ukrainian defense industry and the country's ability to create modern technologies for the protection of the military. In this context, the integration of artificial intelligence in military developments is crucial, enhancing the effectiveness and safety of military operations.
