In Ukraine, prices for potatoes, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes soared: how much vegetables have risen in price.
The Ministry of Finance's press service reported that Ukrainians were shown how prices for potatoes, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes changed in supermarkets. In October, prices for these vegetables rose noticeably, with some of them becoming significantly more expensive. From now on, a kilogram of young potatoes costs 29.43 UAH, and pink tomatoes - 32.96 UAH. Prices for white onions increased to 31.90 UAH/kg, yellow can be purchased for 14.55 UAH/kg, and purple - for 27.15 UAH/kg. Prices for cucumbers soared to 89.29 UAH/kg, smooth cucumbers cost 99.90 UAH/kg, prickly ones - 89.90 UAH/kg, and short-fruited - 99.00 UAH/kg. The average price of red tomatoes was 94.96 UAH/kg, pink tomatoes will cost 99.90 UAH/kg, and cream - 89.90 UAH/kg.
