In Ukraine, prices for citrus fruits changed in the new year: how much do oranges, tangerines, and bananas cost.
Prices for citrus fruits in Ukraine have changed with the beginning of the new year. According to the Minfin portal, during the New Year holidays, citrus prices showed different dynamics.
In particular, ordinary tangerines have decreased in price on average to 71.17 UAH per kilogram, compared to December when they cost 81.75 UAH. Spanish tangerines slightly decreased in price - from 142.87 to 137.93 UAH/kg.
Prices for oranges have also decreased. The average price of ordinary oranges was 63.90 UAH/kg, which is less than in December when they cost 71.35 UAH. Egyptian oranges dropped in price from 64.52 to 59.90 UAH/kg.
Prices for bananas remained almost unchanged - the average price decreased by only 68 kopecks, from 61.58 to 60.90 UAH per kilogram.
Ukrainians were also warned about the rise in tobacco prices and shown its prices in other countries.
