Error in the operation of the online services of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'

Due to a technical malfunction in the IT system of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', the online services are not functioning. This was reported by 'Hlavcom' with reference to 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.

'Relevant experts are already working to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience,' stated 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.

The press service also added that 'Ukrzaliznytsia' is increasing the number of staff at the railway ticket offices during morning shifts. It is recommended to contact the company through 'Ukrzaliznytsia's' social media.

Moreover, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' has extended the route of train No. 203/204 Kyiv – Ivano-Frankivsk. The train will operate to the station of Yasinya.

By the way, the European Union plans to launch high-speed rail service from Berlin to Kyiv. The implementation is expected to be completed by 2040. This was announced by the new European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, Apostolos Tsitsikostas.
