Starting February 16, teachers and other educational staff can register via the 'Vector' platform to receive financial support of 1,500 hryvnias for professional development courses. This grant aims to help educators cover the costs of training and seminars. The application window closes on March 16.

The verification process for educational institutions wishing to join the project also begins on February 16. To help clarify the project's terms and answer questions, Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science will host a series of online meetings for educators on February 18 and 19.

Significant interest in the program is already evident, with nearly 30,000 educators registered on the 'Vector' platform. This initiative is part of broader efforts to support teachers and modernize Ukraine's education system, which faces immense challenges due to the ongoing war.

The launch of the 'Funding Follows the Teacher' project represents a government effort to modernize Ukraine's educational system and enhance the skills of its teaching workforce.

The financial aid provided to participants is intended to offset expenses for courses and training, which is expected to contribute to an overall improvement in educational quality across the country. The high level of interest from teachers underscores a strong demand for professional growth and a readiness to adapt skills to meet contemporary demands.
