According to Novyny.live: On March 14, 2023, most of Ukraine will see mostly clear skies with no precipitation. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, overnight temperatures are expected to range from -2°C to +3°C, while daytime highs will climb to between +8°C and +13°C. In the far western regions of the country, temperatures could reach as high as +17°C.
Temperatures and Wind Conditions
The coldest conditions are anticipated in Sumy and Kharkiv regions, where daytime temperatures will only reach +10°C to +11°C. Winds will come from the southeast and east, blowing at speeds of 7–12 meters per second.
This forecast signals the end of winter and a shift toward more spring-like temperatures, which could lift public spirits and encourage outdoor activities. The milder weather may also benefit agriculture, as farmers prepare for the upcoming planting season.
