A rally 'for the rights of Ukrainian men' took place in central Berlin near the Brandenburg Gate on November 17. Participants held posters in English with slogans such as 'Stop the crimes of Zelensky', 'Zelensky is a failure dictator', and more.

Among those present was also former Inter TV host Roman Kadyemin. He recorded a Russian-speaking video from this action for his TikTok. Off-camera, Kadyemin told IMI representative Maya Golub that these guys came out to express their opinion. At the same Time, he did not comment on the pro-Russian narratives of the protesters.

The action stopped after a journalist from 'Rayon.in.ua', coordinator of the West Media Forum Olga Bulkovska, approached them with questions. This was reported by IMI representative Maya Golub, who was at the scene.

Bulkovska asked the participants about the purpose of the action, to which the men replied that they are 'against the TCK'. One of the women also shouted that there is genocide of the nation taking place in Ukraine. The police nearby monitored what was happening.

The IMI representative spoke with the demonstrators. One of the participants of the action shared that he is standing with a poster 'Human rights for Ukrainian men' 'for those who cannot go out on the streets in Ukraine'. Another protester replied that he is against the torture of the TCK and is addressing passersby and journalists. In addition, the participants of the action said they believe that there are independent journalists in Russia. They were also unconcerned about the possibility that Russians would manipulate the information.

As noted by IMI, a Russian journalist from 'Novaya Gazeta' was present at the rally. He wanted to speak with Olga Bulkovska, but she refused.

How to obtain an online deferral for large families

First, you need to log in to the application and send a request for deferral registration. The system will automatically check the applicant's status, and if it meets the requirements, information about the deferral will automatically appear in the electronic military document.

We are working to ensure that soon all types of deferrals for large families become available in 'Reserve+'. We also strive to make online registration of deferrals possible for other categories of citizens, - added the Minister of Defense.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense previously launched beta testing of online deferrals in the 'Reserve+' application. First, instructions will be received by students and graduate students who filled out the testing form. Next will be people with disabilities and large families.

Earlier, it was reported that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to introduce additional functionality to the 'Reserve+' application that will allow attracting several million more users.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Defense plans to turn the 'Reserve+' application into a nationwide recruiting center and replace the corresponding functions of territorial recruitment centers in registering military conscripts.
