Military training for students - Lysovyi talked about training grounds.

Safe areas in Ukraine already have special training grounds where students can study a new discipline - 'Fundamentals of National Resistance'. The living conditions at these bases correspond to the level of 'four-star hostels'.The Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lysovyi announced this in an interview with 'Radio Khartia'.The program of the new discipline includes acquiring basic safety skills in a civilian context. Students will learn first aid, how to behave in emergencies, digital security, and how to navigate modern threats and crisis situations. The practical part of the course will include short trips to training grounds to familiarize themselves with elements of field training, including handling weapons.The course 'Fundamentals of National Resistance' will be introduced in higher education institutions from September 1, 2025, if the legislation undergoes the necessary amendments.
