Conscripts to Expand Database: Why There Will Be More Summons.
Increase in the Number of Summons for Conscripts
According to inkorr.com: People's Deputy Ruslan Gorbenko reported that the number of summons for conscripts will increase due to the expansion of the information database in local recruitment centers. He emphasized that the information on the registration of TIN will become fully accessible, allowing for more summons to be issued.
'There will be more summons issued as the information will be available in full, especially regarding the registration of TIN. So I think the local recruitment centers will have a complete database,' Gorbenko noted.
Gorbenko also pointed out that the main problem is not the number of summons issued but the search for conscripts. He believes it is important to consider each case individually. The Deputy proposes to increase the staff of the recruitment centers by including demobilized soldiers and to consider the possibility of employing veterans in law enforcement agencies.
'Moreover, [demobilized] soldiers always ask: why can't they become police officers? A person has served for three years and wants to continue working in the security and defense sector, for example, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs,' Gorbenko reported.
It is known that the government has already supported the relevant amendment to the state budget for 2026, which provides for increased funding for the security sector. Gorbenko also noted that Western partners are providing assistance in this area, allocating 6 billion euros for financing Ukrainian military forces until the end of 2025.
The increase in the number of summons and ensuring more conscripts are informed about TIN registration are important steps in the context of military mobilization. Support from Western partners also plays a significant role in strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities, highlighting the importance of international cooperation in these challenging times.
