Vinnytsia TCC Refuted Rumors About Notifications in Civilian Clothes: Who Actually Arrives.
According to inkorr.com: The Vinnytsia Regional TCC denied information that their employees notify citizens in civilian clothes. They emphasized that these rumors are unfounded. Notifications are carried out exclusively by military personnel in uniform with appropriate insignia, in accordance with the Ministry of Defense order from November 20, 2017.
Involvement of Other Services in the Notification Process
Representatives of the police, the Security Service, and the border guard service can also be involved in the notification process. All of them have official documents confirming their authority. We remind you that from September 2025, all notification cases will be documented on video and stored for 30 days on a secure server.
Such measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens and streamlining notification processes. Strict adherence to rules and standards can contribute to improving communication effectiveness among various services in crisis situations.
