UAF Navy: Ukraine has become a global leader in the use of unmanned surface combat systems.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces Navy stated that Russia held the most modest Navy parade, with only two ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. This indicates that Ukraine has managed to disable the majority of Russian ships that were based in the Black Sea.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk.

He noted that this year Russia refused to hold the traditional parade in Sevastopol in honor of Navy Day.

"Unfortunately for us, the Russians did not organize the traditional parade in Sevastopol. If it had been held, conclusions could have been drawn about whether the Russian side's claims about the invincibility of the Black Sea Fleet and the complete integrity of their ships are true. After all, 'sunk ships' destroyed by the UAF Navy would not have been able to participate in the parade,"

He added that Russia has withdrawn most of its Black Sea Fleet ships from Crimea, but some vessels still remain in the ports of the occupied peninsula. Nevertheless, these vessels do not feel safe there due to the presence of the UAF Navy.

According to Pletenchuk, the Black Sea has become dangerous for Russian ships, but there are still three Russian submarines left in it. These submarines can be armed with up to four missiles on board. Therefore, the Ukrainian Armed Forces Navy is taking all necessary measures in case of air raid alerts. However, the prospects for Russian ships in the Black Sea are not bright, as they are confined to the harbor at their base.

There has also been a turning point in the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia. Thanks to sea drones, Ukraine has become a leader in the use of unmanned surface combat systems. These systems have forced the Russians to stay at their base. However, Ukraine continues to seek ways to clear the territory of the presence of Russian ships and enemies in general.
