Colonel Oleksandr Moroz, deputy commander of the 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade, reported that the city of Kostiantynivka is being systematically destroyed by occupiers employing relatively novel combat methods. This tactical shift makes it harder for Ukrainian troops to detect and neutralize these small, agile units, as noted by the colonel.

According to Colonel Moroz, over 200 combat engagements were recorded on June 23 alone, highlighting the intense fighting and high operational tempo in the region. He emphasized that
