Overall Combat Losses of the Opposing Force
According to Espreso.tv: Between February 24, 2022, and June 1, 2026, total combat losses for the opposing force amount to approximately 1,365,470 personnel. In May alone, the Russian army suffered 1,560 military casualties. Equipment losses have also been severe, with the following destroyed during this period:
- 11,966 tanks
- 24,659 armored fighting vehicles
- 43,037 artillery systems
- 1,820 multiple launch rocket systems
Additionally, aircraft losses include:
- 436 units
- 353 helicopters
- 1,528 ground robotic complexes
- 322,179 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles
Losses of automotive equipment and fuel tankers exceed 101,621 units, while specialized equipment losses total 4,239.
Active Combat Operations
During May, 57 enemy artillery systems and 14 armored fighting vehicles were destroyed, highlighting ongoing intense frontline engagements. Air defense system losses stand at 1,399 units, and cruise missile losses at 4,693.
These figures underscore the conflict's duration and intensity, as well as its toll on enemy military resources.
