Ruben Amorim on Manchester United's problems: what the team lacks.
Situation at Manchester United
According to The Sun: Coach Ruben Amorim pointed to an unusual reason why Manchester United needs change. The Portuguese faces a tough start to the season, sitting 14th in the Premier League after six matches, as well as suffering a bitter defeat in the Carabao Cup to League Two side Grimsby Town.

Amorim emphasized that the team lacks not only leaders but also 'crazy' players capable of changing the game at critical moments. In a conversation with Owen Hargreaves for TNT Sports, he noted:
“We need leaders, but sometimes I think we need some crazy guys.”
For instance, he recalled Mateusz Klich, who, in the coach's opinion, has a competitive spirit:
“Klich is a bit of that guy, he's nice, but he doesn't care who you are. When he's in position, he's ready to go with the ball.”
The coach also added that the team needs such 'crazy' players for positive changes in the game, as tough matches against Sunderland and league leaders Liverpool lie ahead.
Pressure on Amorim
The coach is under pressure, and it is possible that the club is already considering potential candidates to replace him, including well-known names such as Oliver Glasner, Fabian Hurzeler, and Andoni Iraola. The candidacy of former United player Michael Carrick is also being discussed as a temporary option if the team needs a new head coach.
Manchester United is in a difficult situation, and while the team looks for ways to regain form, players and the coach hope for quick changes. Given the upcoming matches, the results could be decisive for Amorim's fate in his position.
