The official McDonald’s Monopoly 2025 game launched on Wednesday, September 10, and will run until Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

The rarest Monopoly piece is Mayfair – only three of these stickers are available.

If you're lucky enough to get this sticker, you could win £100,000.

Next up is Bond Street – a green sticker available to only 60 players.

If you obtain it, you can expect a cash prize of £5,000.

McDonald’s is also giving away a holiday worth £2000 with Jet2 as part of the game.

To win this holiday, you need to find the yellow sticker Coventry Street.

Only 80 of these stickers are circulating, so if you find one, be sure to keep it safe.

The Double Peel game allows users to open extra stickers each time they acquire property in the Monopoly game.

After purchasing a product and opening a sticker, go to the McDonald’s app and claim the property by scanning the sticker.
