Getty49-year-old O'Sullivan was set to start his first match against Sanderson Lam in a qualifying game scheduled for Monday evening.
Unfortunately, he has withdrawn from the tournament, and his decision has been confirmed.

O'Sullivan's last match was a final defeat at the Saudi Masters to Neil Robertson on August 16.
