According to inkorr.com: From January 1, 2026, Ukrainians who reach the age of 40 will be able to undergo free medical examinations at the state’s expense. Funds for these services will be transferred to a virtual card in the 'Diia' mobile application. This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Liashko.
According to the minister, one month after their birthday, citizens will receive notifications in the app offering them to undergo a free examination. 'You will receive funds on your card in the app, you choose a healthcare facility for the examination,' explained Liashko.

As part of the program, a full range of examinations will be offered, including consultations with specialists, laboratory and instrumental studies. Patients will be able to independently choose the medical facility for their examination.
