Criminal proceedings to be opened for fakes about mobilization: Armed Forces of Ukraine made a statement.

Ukrainian military announced the opening of criminal proceedings regarding the distribution of fake information about mobilization in the country. According to amendments to the Criminal Code, such actions can be punished under the article for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.

At the same Time, the military command assured that it will monitor all violations by the staffing and social support bodies. The command also urged citizens, media, and bloggers to use verified information.

Recently, it became known that criminal proceedings were opened in connection with the conflict between Serhiy Polozhay and the staffing bodies.

At the 'Okean Elzy' concert in Kyiv, a check of military registration documents was conducted among those liable for military service. After this, several people were detained and taken to the CCC, and some others were simply summoned for interrogation.

It should be noted that Member of Parliament Mykyta Poturaiev stated that this check does not threaten Ukrainian culture. The head of the nursing service of the Da Vinci units also expressed her negative opinion about this raid.

Recall that the Cabinet of Ministers changed the mobilization procedure, including the conditions for conscripting citizens into military service.
