Help for winter preparation – who and where will receive 19 thousand UAH.

Residents of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region will receive monetary compensation for purchasing solid fuel in July 2025. The amount of international aid is limited by a certain budget, reports the press service of the Kramatorsk City Council.

International payments for winter preparation

Residents of frontline areas can receive financial assistance for purchasing solid fuel for heating. The amount of aid will not exceed 19.4 thousand UAH per household. To receive assistance, one must have the status of an internally displaced person and submit the necessary documents.

Citizens have the opportunity to receive financial assistance for winter preparation if they provide a special application and necessary documents, including a passport, identification code, and a certificate for benefits, guarantees, and compensations.

Documents will be accepted from July 17 to 22, 2025, at designated addresses - the Labor and Elders Management. Receiving financial assistance may positively affect subsidies and benefits for housing and communal services payments.

Additionally, a financial assistance project for internally displaced persons has recently been launched in Kremenchuk, which provides funds for paying rent, and the NGO 'Podilskyi Center 'Gender Council' has a business support program, within which one can receive up to 1.3 thousand dollars.
