Valerii Zaluzhny, the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the current ambassador of Ukraine to Great Britain, made a forecast regarding a possible strong breakthrough of the Russian army after 2027. He stated this during the UP-100 award ceremony.

According to Zaluzhny, the war accelerates scientific and technological progress, leading to the emergence of robotic technology on the battlefield. This has significantly complicated the mobility of troops on the front lines.

'Currently, we do not see the Russians capable of advancing 150-200 kilometers per week. However, after the completion of the evolutionary process and the accumulation of technological materials, such a possibility may arise after 2027,' noted the ambassador.

Zaluzhny emphasized that there is currently no deep advancement of the enemy, but a gradual displacement of Ukrainian troops from their positions, resulting in significant losses for the Russians.

The diplomat also noted the involvement of Russia's autocratic allies in the war, particularly the use of North Korean missiles and the recruitment of North Korean soldiers, which, in his opinion, indicates the beginning of World War III.
