In his address, Zelenskyy named the following partner nations:

Zelenskyy further noted that disruptions to maritime navigation in the Strait of Hormuz represent a serious challenge for Ukraine. He emphasized that
“no nation should be left alone to face terrorist strikes,”underscoring the need for global solidarity and support.
