Zelensky signed the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025: key indicators.
The President of Ukraine signed the State Budget for 2025. This was reported by Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal on his Telegram channel on November 28, 2024.
According to the document, the largest share of expenditures - 2.23 trillion hryvnias - is allocated for security and defense. These funds will be used to ensure the Security and Defense Forces, manufacture and purchase new weapons, drones, and equipment.
For social protection, the budget allocates 420.9 billion hryvnias, for health care - 217 billion hryvnias, and for education - 199 billion hryvnias.
The revenues of the general fund of the state budget are planned at the level of 2.05 trillion hryvnias, while expenditures will amount to 3.6 trillion hryvnias.
The government clearly understands that we will go through the next financial year confidently. We have the coherence of branches of power and strong support from our partners,' emphasized Denis Shmyhal.
