Zelensky announced how many 'Shaheds' were launched against Ukraine in October.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that more than 2,000 'Shaheds' were launched against Ukraine from Russia during October. According to him, these are components that were supposed to be blocked from being supplied to Russia, but they are secretly supplied from abroad. This includes microchips, microcontrollers, processors, and other parts, which are used for carrying out terrorist acts in our country. The President called for increasing sanctions against Russia to prevent the circumvention of established restrictions.
Zelensky also noted a similar situation with Russian missiles that contain components from other countries. He emphasized that sanction circumvention schemes are a crime against people and the world, as they help Russia increase its military capabilities and support regimes in Iran and North Korea, posing a global threat.
It was also reported that a house was damaged and a fire broke out in Kyiv following a drone attack. The fire was extinguished, rescuers evacuated residents, and one person was injured. The fall of UAV debris was recorded in six districts of the capital.
