According to the president, Congress has already voted on contracts and bilateral security agreements with other countries, which ensures funding for the package. Zelensky expressed confidence that the application of this package will lead to the weakening of enemy defenses and the potential for the restoration of Russian forces. The president called on Russia to negotiate; otherwise, the package will be applied. He also emphasized the benefits for Ukraine to avoid losing people and weapons.
