According to UATV: On June 9, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held pivotal talks in Tallinn with three Nordic and Baltic leaders: Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, and Latvia's newly appointed Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs. The discussions centered on security issues and continued support for Ukraine, culminating in the signing of a defense agreement referred to as the Drone Deal. This meeting underscores the deepening military and technological collaboration between Ukraine and its Northern European partners amid the ongoing conflict.
Zelensky emphasized that 'all our partners recognize that Ukraine's positions on the front lines are significantly stronger, and therefore, the approaches in diplomacy—which we are currently working to intensify—must be based on this reality.'
