The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his surprise at the actions of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, who tried to solve the country's energy problems through 'shadow schemes with Moscow'.

Zelensky also criticized Fico's attempts to shift the blame for the situation onto others, using PR, lies, and accusations.

The president emphasized that Fico bet on Moscow, not on his own country and not on Europe.

Zelensky expressed hope that diversifying energy supply sources and cooperation with the European Commission would help overcome the problems caused by the shortsightedness of European politicians.
