Zelensky will present Ukraine's Victory Plan in Brussels
On Thursday, October 17, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, set off for Brussels to present the Victory Plan. He announced this on his Telegram channel.
Zelensky will participate in a special session of the European Council at the level of country leaders. "There will be a special session of the European Council. At the leaders' level. I will present the Victory Plan - our tool to compel Russia to peace. All European leaders will hear how we need to strengthen our positions. We need to end this war justly," the president emphasized.
Zelensky thanked Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, for the invitation for Ukraine to participate.
The head of state will also take part in a meeting in the European Parliament with President Roberta Metsola and the heads of political groups. A meeting with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte will take place. According to him, a session of the Ukraine-NATO Council at the level of defense ministers is also being prepared.
"The main thing is more protection for Ukraine now before winter," Zelensky noted.
