The minister called for consultations with the German brigade in Vilnius to better understand the nature of their work. Earlier, Germany was considering the possibility of acquiring new armored vehicles to create additional NATO brigades to deter Russia. It was also confirmed that funding was allocated for the purchase of Ukrainian long-range weapons, including strike drones and missiles.
The German leadership demonstrates a readiness to implement tough measures in response to a possible Russian attack, contributing to the formation of new NATO brigades and supporting the Ukrainian defense sector.
