Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported an increase in Russian attacks on civilians. The Ukrainian leader urged Western partners to intensify pressure on Russia following a massive attack on Kyiv.

Zelensky commented on the RF attacks

The president listened to a report from Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko about the consequences of Russian strikes on the capital. The number of fatalities from the strike on Kyiv has risen to 31 people, including five children.

Zelensky expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and thanked emergency services for assisting the victims. The president also addressed the leaders of partner countries, emphasizing the need to strengthen pressure on Russia and impose sanctions.

According to Zelensky, in July alone, the Russian army used over 5,100 guided aviation bombs, more than 3,800 'Shaheds', and nearly 260 missiles of various types, of which 128 were ballistic.

The president called for unity and support from America, Europe, and other global entities to stop the aggression of the RF.

It is worth noting that earlier Zelensky accused Russia of deliberately overloading the air defense system in Ukraine. Ukraine also initiated an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council after the attack on Kyiv.
