Analyzing housing sizes in Germany, it can be said that these countries live very comfortably. According to the data, in Germany one person can expect an average living area of 47.7 sq. m, while a household of two individuals can expect 94.4 sq. m. Comparing these figures with other European countries, it can be noted that Germans have quite spacious living conditions.Of course, there are challenges, especially in large cities, where a shortage of affordable housing forces young people to limit themselves in space. However, the German government actively supports the construction of new housing and plans to put hundreds of thousands of new apartments into operation in the coming years. It is also important to remember the country's laws to avoid unpleasant situations when moving to Germany.
