Oschadbank Changes Cash Limits: How Much Can Be Withdrawn in August 2025.
In August 2025, during the state of war, Ukrainians face restrictions on cash withdrawals from banks, including the state-owned Oschadbank.
Cash Withdrawal Limits
Citizens can withdraw no more than 100 thousand hryvnias at the cash desks of financial institutions or up to 50 thousand hryvnias per day from ATMs, the National Bank of Ukraine reports. This means that the maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn in a day is 100 thousand hryvnias.
How Much Money Banks Allow to Withdraw
Some banks, such as Raiffeisen Bank, Universal Bank, Sense Bank, PUMB, UkrSibbank, and PrivatBank, limit cash withdrawals to a sum of up to 20 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, Oschadbank allows withdrawals of up to 50 thousand hryvnias at a time.
It was previously reported that Ukrainians can use Oschadbank credit cards abroad and that the bank may charge hidden fees for transactions without warning clients.
In August 2025, restrictions are placed on cash withdrawals for Ukrainians during the state of war.
