According to ТСН: Tomorrow, December 4, scheduled power outages will be in effect in all regions of Ukraine.

Hourly outage schedules:
from 00:00 to 23:59 — with a volume of 0.5 to 3 shifts.
Capacity limitation schedules:
from 00:00 to 23:59 — for industrial consumers.
“Ukrenergo” warns of possible changes in the outage schedules throughout the day. Exact schedules can be found on the websites of the energy companies in your region and DTEK. In addition, information about outages is published by the press services of local territorial communities and most heads of regional military administrations on their social media.
Ukrainians are asked to save electricity when the power is on according to the schedule.
