The Ukrainian military has received new ammunition to combat FPV drones. The bullets, when fired, split into several pieces, allowing soldiers to effectively repel attacks from enemy drones.
The Brave1 defense cluster confirmed information about the new ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These bullets have a standard caliber and can be used with common rifles widely utilized by Ukrainian troops, including the CZ Bren and M4.
After the explosion, the new bullets split into five fast pellets, and when fired in succession, they create a wide spread capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 50 meters - these new ammunition will allow the military to effectively defend against drone attacks.
