The Defense Forces struck a control point for Russian unmanned aerial vehicles in the Zaporizhzhia region on February 26. This facility is important for the occupiers. The 'Glavkom' reports, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On February 26, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully struck a control point for unmanned aerial vehicles of the 503rd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 19th Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Army of the Russian troops,' the message states, indicating that the object is located in Nesterianka, Zaporizhzhia region.
This military facility was used by the enemy for managing, storing, and servicing unmanned aerial vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces.
'Pilots of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue to destroy the occupiers' troops until the Russian Federation halts its armed aggression against the people of Ukraine,' the General Staff stated.
Damage to the oil refinery in the Ryazan region
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the Defense Forces struck the oil refinery in the Ryazan region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to the statement from the General Staff.
Units of the drone systems and the Main Intelligence Directorate inflicted damage on the Ryazan oil refinery on the night of February 24, 2025. It is involved in supplying the occupying army of the Russian Federation.
On the night of February 24, drones attacked the Ryazan region. Unmanned aerial vehicles attacked the Ryazan oil refinery for the third Time since the beginning of the year. The Ryazan oil refinery is one of the largest in Russia. The enterprise produces diesel fuel and TS-1 jet fuel.
Earlier, in January, the Ryazan oil refinery suspended operations after attacks by Ukrainian drones.
Recently in Russia, after an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles, the Saratov oil refinery caught fire.
