Ukraine’s Defense Forces Launch Attacks

According to UATV: On June 28 and overnight into June 29, Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out strikes against critical enemy military assets, including bridges and command posts. These operations are part of an ongoing campaign to degrade the infrastructure supporting Russian forces.

Significant Targets Destroyed

Among the key sites that were hit are:

  • a road bridge near Novoazovsk in Donetsk Oblast;
  • two railway bridges in Luhansk Oblast;
  • a logistics and supply depot near Novosvitlivka in Luhansk Oblast;
  • three drone control centers near Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Tetkino in Russia’s Kursk Oblast, and Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast;
  • an electronic warfare unit command post near Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast.

On June 28, one building was completely destroyed and another partially damaged near Minyaevo in Russia’s Moscow Oblast. At the same time, Ukraine’s Defense Forces eliminated 1,230 Russian occupiers—a major blow to the enemy. Total Russian losses in this war now stand at 1,402,200 personnel. These events highlight the intensity of Ukrainian military operations in response to aggression and reinforce the country’s defensive capabilities.

These strikes underscore Ukraine’s strategic approach to warfare, focusing on dismantling critical enemy infrastructure. The successful elimination of a large number of Russian troops also demonstrates the effectiveness of Ukrainian forces in defending territorial integrity. Given the current situation, further actions could shape the overall trajectory of the conflict and the strategies of both sides moving forward.
