According to UATV: As of March 19, 2026, Ukrainian troops remain actively engaged in combat operations, having eliminated 1,520 enemy personnel and a substantial amount of military equipment over the past 24 hours. The destroyed assets include:
- 155 vehicles
- 32 artillery systems
- 3 multiple launch rocket systems
Additionally, 1,391 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles were reported destroyed.
Overall Russian Military Losses
Since the war began on February 24, 2022, Russia’s total military losses have reached staggering levels. Estimates indicate that Russian personnel losses have climbed to approximately 1,284,090, with 1,520 of those occurring in the last day alone. Other significant losses include:
- 11,786 tanks
- 24,233 armored fighting vehicles (4 of which were destroyed in the past 24 hours)
- 38,538 artillery systems (an additional 32 units)
- 1,691 multiple launch rocket systems (including 3 units)
- 1,333 air defense systems
Ukrainian forces have also inflicted heavy damage on Russian air assets, destroying:
- 435 aircraft
- 349 helicopters
- 185,724 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles (an additional 1,391 units)
- 4,468 cruise missiles
- 33 ships and boats
- 2 submarines
- 84,129 vehicles and fuel tankers (155 units in the last day)
- 4,092 units of special equipment (an additional one unit)
Against this backdrop, Commander of the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert 'Madjar' Brovdi, reported that strikes were carried out against two strategic aircraft manufacturing plants in Russia’s Novgorod and Ulyanovsk regions. These actions highlight the continued offensive operations by Ukrainian forces against the aggressor.
The heavy losses suffered by Russian troops underscore the intensity of the fighting and the effectiveness of Ukrainian forces in conducting the war.
