President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the government to simplify border exit for Ukrainians. Thus, young people under 22 years old can travel to other countries, but there is a nuance.

'From the president's side, it sounds like permission for exit is for everyone without exception, but my opinion is that permission for exit will only be granted to students who have an invitation and a student visa for certain countries,' said people's deputy Serhiy Yevtushok.

He believes that there will be no other grounds for crossing the border at that age since in Ukraine, from 18 to 60, a person becomes liable for military service, and to travel to other countries, one needs to have specific reasons.

'According to the law, a person from 18 to 60 is liable for military service. Therefore, I am not sure and do not think that the law will be changed', added the deputy.

At the same Time, the deputy noted that currently, about 100 thousand young people under 22 years old are in Ukraine. Recall that Zelensky instructed to simplify border exit for youth. From now on, it will become easier for Ukrainians under 22 to travel abroad.

The president also announced simplified admission conditions to higher education institutions. Due to the difficult conditions in Ukraine, they are considering holding a winter admission campaign.
