Sharp Cold Snap and Rain Expected on May 28: When Warmer Weather Returns to Ukraine.
Weather Forecast for Ukraine on May 28
According to Espreso.tv: On May 28, Ukraine will experience a significant drop in temperature, accompanied by rain and strong winds. The country will be positioned behind a cold atmospheric front, causing a notable cooling trend. Daytime temperatures across Ukraine are forecast to range from +15°C to +19°C, with southern regions seeing slightly warmer conditions between +20°C and +23°C.
In the capital city of Kyiv, a powerful northwesterly wind is expected, and the air temperature will fall to +15°C. Meteorologist Natalka Didenko explains:

Weather Through the End of the Week
Cooler conditions will persist across Ukraine for the remainder of the week. On May 27, strong winds with storm-level gusts are also anticipated nationwide, with temperatures dropping to as low as 12°C. However, warmer weather is expected to return by the start of June. Forecasts indicate a chance of light rain:

The anticipated cold spell and strong winds could affect daily life for residents, particularly in the following areas:

- potential power outages due to storm-force wind gusts.
Meteorologists advise caution when outdoors, especially during deteriorating weather conditions. On a positive note, temperatures are projected to rise at the beginning of June, which may bring improved weather in the near future.
