At security forums for Ukraine, 30 countries are actively negotiating, including Australia and Japan. This was reported by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in a candid interview with Fox News. According to him, the main figures in this initiative are UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron. American participation in these guarantees will be discussed in the near future. During the joint meeting of the leaders of the USA, Ukraine, and the EU, the issue of possible deployment of European troops in Ukraine, as well as the role of the American military in this process, was not clarified. A clear determination of these questions is currently absent, as Rutte states. In conclusion, security guarantees for Ukraine are not only an important step but also a real breakthrough in addressing this issue, which has received active support from a number of major powers.
