According to UATV: During the NATO summit scheduled for July 7-8 in Ankara, Ukraine will focus on strengthening its air defense systems in partnership with allies. The meeting will also unveil a new €70 billion assistance package for Ukraine, with Russia being labeled a long-term security threat to the region. This decision underscores the importance of collective NATO efforts in countering Moscow's aggression.

Additionally, NATO member states have pledged to increase their defense spending to 5% of gross domestic product (GDP) by 2035. Data shows that from 2016 to 2026, European allies and Canada will spend an additional $1.2 trillion on defense.
