According to inkorr.com: Ukraine intends to start testing 5G mobile internet in the fall of 2025 in Lviv, Kharkiv, and Borodyanka. Current State of the Technology

Currently, over 22% of mobile phones in Ukraine support 5G. In Kyiv, the first university 5G space has also been opened, allowing students and teachers to access fast internet thanks to cooperation with Vodafone.
