A136 Highlight Tower is 54% ready: when to complete construction of the complex.

The construction of the A136 Highlight Tower complex is progressing at a rapid pace - this is the opinion of experts from the consulting company CBRE Ukraine. It is noted that more than half of the work has already been completed, and if the same pace continues, the construction will be finished by the end of 2024.

According to Arseniy Nasikovskyi, a junior partner of the DIM group of companies, the company decided to conduct quarterly audits of the construction organized by the international CBRE Ukraine, estimating that at the time of the inspection the building is 54% ready. The main focus now is on internal and facade work.

"For buyers, the most important thing right now is the pace of construction. We are indeed building, so we decided to go further than just a monthly photo report on the construction progress and introduced a system of quarterly audits from an international company," says Arseniy Nasikovskyi, junior partner of the DIM group of companies. CBRE Ukraine notes in its report that at the time of the inspection the building is 54% ready. In my opinion, we see such a percentage because absolutely all types of work necessary for the completion of the construction have been taken into account. However, I want to emphasize that the toughest and most important stages, such as monolithic works, bricklaying, roofing, and glazing, are either fully completed or in the final stages. Currently, the main focus is on facade and internal work.".

Since the beginning of the year, DIM has not ceased construction, which has enabled it to occupy a leadership position in the market. It is planned to put into operation another 120 thousand square meters by the end of the current year. The company also emphasizes that the final deadline for the completion of construction work, i.e. 2024, is realistic, but acceleration is possible due to engineering work.
