Future students were explained what they need to know to pass the NMT threshold in mathematics.
The National Center for Educational Quality Assessment stated that for successful completion of the National Multisubject Test in mathematics, it is enough to have knowledge at the level of the 7th grade. This opinion was expressed by the director of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, Tetiana Vakulenko, during a television broadcast.
According to her, the test contains tasks for well-prepared students and simpler tasks for those who are not yet ready. To pass the test, it is necessary to score 5-7 points out of 32, which is possible with knowledge of mathematics at the 7th grade level. The director also emphasized the importance of mathematical and language skills for successful study in higher educational institutions.
The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment confirms that the minimum requirements of the NMT are accessible for most school graduates with basic knowledge of mathematics.
