The Ukrainian defense forces are actively engaged in battles with the Russian enemy in the Dobropillia and Pokrovsk directions, where the latter has concentrated over 110,000 personnel.

According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops are conducting heavy defensive battles against the superior enemy force. Russian troops are showing audacity, trying to penetrate deeper into the defense of Ukrainian forces through various methods, including sabotage operations and infiltrating in small groups.

'Yes, several small enemy groups, circumventing the positions of Ukrainian defenders, attempted to advance towards the settlement of Zoloty Kolodyaz.' In addition, taking advantage of the local landscape features, saboteurs secretly infiltrated the settlements of Vesele, Vilne, Rubizhne, Kucheryv Yar. Some of the groups have already been eliminated, while the rest are in the process of being eliminated.'

The General Staff emphasized that the situation is tense and dynamic, but Ukrainian defense forces are doing everything possible to identify and eliminate enemy groups. An order was received from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strengthen defense capabilities and allocate additional resources for this. Blocking enemy groups in a specific area is also planned.

'Reserve units have already identified the enemy and are successfully fighting: entrenchers are being eliminated and captured. Defenders of Ukraine are focused on accomplishing tasks, holding positions, and need the support of the entire society to repel new enemy offensives.', — emphasized in the General Staff.

Recently, Russian troops made a sudden breakthrough near Dobropillia in Donetsk region, advancing rapidly to the north in two directions, up to 10 kilometers away. As a result, the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine 'Azov' took a certain line of defense in the Pokrovsk direction, where the situation remains complex and unpredictable.

The Ukrainian armed forces are engaged in heavy battles against Russian troops in the Dobropillia and Pokrovsk directions. The Russian side has heavily concentrated over 110,000 personnel for the attack. Despite the difficulties, Ukrainian defenders continue to defend their positions and are trying to eliminate enemy groups using all available resources.
