Zelensky on Two Scenarios of War: Diplomacy or Active Defense.

According to ТСН: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kyiv is considering two scenarios for the further development of events depending on the decisiveness of international partners - diplomacy or active defense.

Diplomatic Efforts

The head of state expressed this in an evening video address and also announced a series of diplomatic meetings in Europe that will take place next week.

There will be meetings in Europe that are intended to contribute to our defense and to the end of the war. Ukraine will prepare for both options for the further development of events: the diplomacy we are ensuring, or further active defense if the pressure from partners on Russia turns out to be insufficient, he said.

Aspirations for Peace

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine seeks peace, but will not give up its strength to anyone.

It should be noted that the president previously also spoke about the inadmissibility of holding online elections during the war.

With the process of diplomatic efforts being intensified on the international stage, Ukraine hopes to find new ways to end the conflict. Meanwhile, the readiness for active actions remains an important component of the country's defense strategy to ensure national interests in this difficult time.
