American researcher shows what remains of the Russian arsenal after the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the night of September 21, the Armed Forces of Ukraine delivered a strong strike on the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (GRAU) in the village of Oktyabrsky, Tver region.
