Analysts noted that the enemy is trying to create an image of itself as a peacemaker and convince that it can independently stop hostilities. This allows it to blame Ukraine for violating an agreement that actually does not exist. President Zelensky stated that Ukraine is ready to observe a full ceasefire and act reciprocally to Russia's actions.
