Drone Attack in Sumy
According to Espreso.tv: Four civilians were injured when a drone struck a gas station in the city of Sumy. At 6:00 AM, a 'Molniya' type unmanned aerial vehicle hit a fuel station in the Zarichny district. Later, at 7:11 AM, Zaporizhzhia Mayor Ivan Fedorov reported smoke visible to residents as a result of Russian aggression.
Aftermath of the Incident
The attack left four civilians wounded. Two gas station employees were hospitalized with minor injuries. A married couple who were near the site at the time of the strike also sustained injuries. According to Oleh Hryhorov, the couple received medical assistance but was not hospitalized.
This strike highlights the ongoing threat to civilian infrastructure and residents amid the conflict. It serves as a stark reminder that urban areas and their populations remain vulnerable to attacks. Local authorities continue to provide aid to the victims and work on ensuring public safety.
