Widespread Power Outages Across Ukraine
According to UATV: On March 30, 2023, Russian drone attacks caused extensive power disruptions across seven regions of Ukraine. The affected areas include Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv oblasts, where electricity supply was severely compromised.
In the town of Novhorod-Siverskyi, located in Chernihiv Oblast, a 16-year-old girl was injured during the bombardment. The assault also inflicted substantial damage on local infrastructure, including:
- residential buildings,
- a kindergarten,
- a woodworking facility,
- a tractor on the grounds of an agricultural enterprise.
Additionally, the local history museum in Semenivka sustained damage from the strikes.
Casualties in Sumy Oblast
Separately, shelling in Sumy Oblast left three people wounded. The situation remains tense, with civilian infrastructure being hit, raising serious concerns among the population.
These attacks are part of the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which has already resulted in numerous civilian casualties and significant material losses.
